I totally agree with this statement while disagreeing with you on a host of your other points. From the video and testimony, Rittenhouse was shooting in self defense. Particularly the five (6?) different videos make it clear he was not stalking or sniping people.

That doesn't change the fact that US society has totally failed on gun culture. No one there should have had a gun.
