I think you're missing a big point regarding attitude in step 1. You're missing the word "alone" in several sentences.

I've traveled a lot of the world (I haven't counted the number of countries) for many years. I emigrated to a different country. To be a nomad, you need to understand that finding a partner is going to be a couple orders of magnitude more difficult as a nomad. If you ever want a family, it would be a couple more orders of magnitude more difficult.

There are a couple of other very relevant points to add as well, but my comment would get too long. The point is, "attitude" is a lot more than just what you're listing.
