I think quite a few of your data points are just plain wrong, and others skewed. Definitely the lines are not moving so quickly as they did at the beginning, and then back when Ukraine made their counter-offensive.

Russia appears to have settled into a war of attrition with Ukraine and NATO supplies. Right now they appear to have the upper hand: Equal or better weapons, better production capapbilities, better logistics, and more troops. Of course that can change, but right now Russia appears to have the upper hand.

Winning a slow grinding war of attrition with fewer human casualties will achieve one of Russia's stated goals of demilitarizing Ukraine. It is brutal and horrific and real peace talks not axed by the US and UK should start again immediately.
