I think it will be a while before anything happens differently near Kharkov. Russia will continue to fix a huge number of Ukrainian forces around Kharkov while Russia concentrates on the East and South.

Tha Azov surrender of course affected Ukrainian morale. How much is difficult to estimate. I've read there have been much smaller (platoon-sized) surrenders of Ukrainians in the Donbas. It looks like the encirlclement of Lysychansk will be complete in a few weeks. I huge victory for Russia there would be difficult to hide even in the compliant western media.

I would guess (and it is just a guess) that Russia would push on to take Kramatorsk before they move towards Odesa or Kharkov. Logistically that would shorten up the front line significantly in the Donbas. Again, I'm just guessing.
