I love the fact that every article that says that it's bad to eat a totally unbalanced diet (noun, not verb) that is super high in fat is immediately swamped with comments from the Keto fans. They all eat only grain fed beef and wild fish even though 99% of all meat in the US is factory farmed. They all lost weight, have debunked everything doctors have learned about cholesterol for the last 30 years and their grandfather drank a shot of whiskey and smoked cigars every day until he died at 102.
My mom has been telling me to eat my veggies since I was a small child, just as her mom did and her mom before her. They all lived at least into their mid-80s (my mom is still around). So my anecdotal evidence goes back at least 100 years! Top that, Ketos fans!
