I live in Vienna, Austria for all English speakers, but in Wien, Österreich for all German speakers. I'm 58 and until this year February I'd always known the captial of Ukraine as Kiev, even when I visited there 10+ years ago. I guarantee you the US produced European maps I've known all my life were not Russian-centric. Except for a very brief few years in the 90s, Russia has always been a US adversary.

Apropos, very many US high level diplomats, congresspeople and military types refer to the war in Ukraine as a proxy-war. Because it is. Without US money and weapons, the war would be already over. It continues because the US keeps sendning money and weapons. That is the definition of a proxy war.

Your list reads like a Bush II Iraq-war-era screed against "un American" voices. Tone- and language policing people to determine of they are sufficiently loyal is sick. Claiming that anyone that uses "wrong-speak" is potentially a Russian stooge is the type of attitude that lead to the Killing Fields of Pol Pot's Cambodia. Very dangerous.

War is not black and white. There are no good guys in this war except civilians and conscripts.
