I like this post very much. It is a type of "caveat emptor" for people "buying" online advice about investing.

I've been investing for 30+ years, and have experience in very many types of investments. What works well for me may not work well for others. But my bottom line is the same as yours. It takes work and risk and opportunity cost to get passive income.
