I just re-watched “Ali” the other day and was reminded both that Ali was an American hero and that the US underwent a MIC coup in the 60s. JFK, Malcom X, MLK and RFK were all killed within a few years, wiping out the progressive leaders of a generation.

Bill Hicks had a bit he did about how every new president is taken into a room and shown a film of the Kennedy assassination from an angle never seen in public. After the film ends, a cigar puffing oligarch asks, “Any questions?”

Bernie Sanders’ slogan is “Us, not me.” Bernie has long said that he is leading a movement of the people. Bernie has long said we need a revolution to overthrow the US system that only benefits the 1%. I’ve long said that what Bernie needs most is a bulletproof vest.
