I have visited Ukraine but claim no expertise. I do have family, friends and business partners in multiple neighboring countries. The older generations there have told me that the Nazi problem in Ukraine has been known a long time.

I understand that is anecdotal evidence, but honest evidence from Eastern Europeans with no love of Russia.
