I have never seen an episode of th office. However I have gone back and watched old shows. They usually don't age well if you have moved on in your life and developed as a person.

This is (IMO) particularly true for humor. I rewatched old comics that I found hilarious decades ago, and I'm almost embarassed today that I found it funny back then. I say "almost" because I cut myself some slack. I learned, grew and moved on. IMO that is the meaning of life: learn, grow, move on: Repeat.
