I get where you're coming from, and I agree a lot with the premise, but you've put "nice guys" in a box here.

You state flatly, "Nice guys don't exist," not "only a few exist," and four paragraphs later, "If you really are a nice guy you shouldn’t feel the need to broadcast it to women." So I can't claim to be a nice guy and say anything about it here, according to you.

Fuck that noise. There may be only a few of us, I have no idea. But I haven't done any of the shit you've listed, nor do I have any friends who I have seen do anything like that, or heard of them doing anything like that. We good guys do exist, even if I ALSO know that I've never had a close woman friend (meaning she confides in me) who has NOT been at least assaulted, if not raped. Both things can be true. It is also true I have very few friends.
