I find it interesting that a dozen commenters noted the misspelling of "Colombia" but no one noted the name misspelling.
On the photograph it is clear that the name is "Schüttelmayer." Not just the missing Umlaut (the two dots over the "u" which makes a totally different sound), but also "el" not "le" which is also pronounced differently in German.
As for Hitler escaping to Coloumbia and then Argentina, it is totally believable based upon how many other Nazis lived out their lives there.
