I enjoyed this article very, very much. I lived in the Netherlands 1/2 time and worked full time for 3+ years about 10 years ago.

I had an opportunity to stay permanently. I didn't stay for several personal reasons I won't go into here, but I really, really thought about it. I loved living and working there, and have still maintained contact with people from that time. Up until Covid I would go visit at least once a year just to walk the streets where I lived. Such a wonderful country.
