I don't play video games or own a TV because of the time-suck, and have virtually no social media presense for the same reason. Been amateur boxing for nearly 20 years.

That being said, I do watch pro boxers to learn to get better myself. I watch the Walking Dead. I both box and watch the Walking Dead with my real, live, breathing wife. We also do things in bed that are really hot (I'm very fortunate that our kinks align).

AND...I still watch porn.

I think it is just a matter of time management. Particularly getting rid of the TV 20+ years ago, so there is no chance of getting stuck on the couch channel surfing.
