I don't know much that about gun safety, but your words make real sense. I went skeet shooting a couple times. I'm a good shot, but it was too expensive for me. Went hunting once and hit every duck I aimed at, but felt bad afterwars (probably if I'd been more in touch with my feelings back then I would have gone vegan right then rather than waiting a couple decades). The point is, I only aimed when I was going to shoot something.

Now of course I was not an actor on set, but your point is that being an actor doesn't matter, safety rules are rules for a reason.

Mostly I'm writing as a father. Holy fuck that phone message to his daughter was horrible. Baldwin sounds about as mature as his 11 or 12 year old daughter (he wasn't sure!!!) who he was verbally threatening in his message. What. An. Asshole.
