I disagree on details such as the hospital (Ukrainian sources published news - before the attack - that Ukrainian armed forces had taken over the hospital and forced people to leave. So it was a military target then, and also that is why "only" 3 civilians were killed and 17 injured when a hospital with hundreds of rooms was destroyed.) but not on your overall analysis. I'm also afraid it will be much worse before it gets better, if it gets better at all.
