I disagree in part with #2. Women who went through puberty as men will have an advantage in combat sports, and maybe some others.

It would be best if we stopped with "male/female" sports and created gender neutral handicap systems (like in golf but without the PGA/LPGA). That would be hard to do, but much more fair for everyone.
