I definitely think Trump should go to jail...once he is no longer running for president. Right now it is clear to anyone who doesn't have a dog in the fight (I don't support any of the three major candidates) that Trump's trials are lawfare to affect the election.

Trump will (hopefully) soon be gone from the US political landscape. The precedents that the Dems are setting here will remain, and they are horrible for a liberal democracy (or what remains of ours).
