I am imagining the support logistics octo v. jet pack. I know one guy can carry a jet pack, and one guy can't carry an octo. I'd personally bet on both because they have different strengths and weaknesses. If all you need to do is be able to get up a sheer face after hiking in stealthily, jet pack is the way to go. If you need to get across a mountain range and bring people back, octocoptor would be much better.
