Humor is a Tool. Chappelle is a Master Craftsman

Humor and comedians are immensely powerful tools for broaching taboo subjects. It was a comedian who took down the serial rapist and immensely powerful Bill Cosby, for just one example. Comedians get people talking about touchy subjects and bring them into general discourse, thus removing the taboo stigma.

Chappelle also talked directly about the very simple solution:

Police should stop killing people.

Chappelle also talked about the future. Either the powers that be recognize that the people in the street are not going to take anymore and rein in the out of control cops, or things are going to get much worse.
