Here is "the money shot" from 60 Minutes in 1996.

Again keep in mind, 7 years before we invaded (on known false evidence) we had already starved 500,000 children. I don't have stats for how many others starved and died as a result of our siege warfare.

When the US Secretary of State talks casually about the starvation of 500,000 children, or another US SoS cackles about a world leader being lynched in the streets from a civil war we enabled (Libya)

a LOT of the rest of the world sees this. When we then make claims, as Anderson Cooper just did in his interview with Cornell West, that what Putin did in Grosny (3,000-5,000 civilians killed) is far worse than what we did in Iraq (1,000,000-2,000,000 civilians killed) then US hypocrisy is very difficult to deny. Cognitive dissonance results, and the "hatred" of Cornell West for causing this cognitive dissonance is the follow-on result.

The 2024 presidential campaign is barely started, and the "hatred" for RFK Jr, and West is just getting warmed up. If/when either of them really takes off in the polls I expect to see a lot of hatred towards both of them.

Kennedy is already getting this "hate" because he is so high already in the polls. Kennedy is smeared as an "anti-vaxxer" and (ironically for me) an Anti-Semite. Ironically for me because I disagree on Kennedy's stance on Israel/Palestine more than I disagree with him on any other policy position.
