Harris is "progress" in what way? Because she is a woman?

I could not care less what color, sex, gender, religion, hair or eye color a candidate has. Harris is a black/Indian woman who when asked said she could think of ZERO policy differences to Joe Biden, the whitest of white dudes. So progress is based on Harris having a vagina? Really?
