As a young man, I also didn't believe in any "new age hooey." I developed a much more open mind as I've gotten older and seen how I and people I know well "attract" people into their circle of friends and lovers who fit patterns of unresolved trauma. Whether that trauma came from a previous life I've honestly never thought of until reading your post.

AFAIK, I've never had a past-life memory, but maybe I just didn't recognize it. I've done a lot of guided meditation. About 25 years ago, I had a very singular out-of-body experience while doing guided meditation. It was nothing scary, sexual, or related to my current (at that time) life, but it was very cool.

The more I've learned in life, particularly about the human mind and experience, the more I realize how little we know. I don't know if you had a past-life memory. I don't know if I had an out-of-body of body experience. I'm humble enough to say I don't know.
