Great list for the most part. I follow nearly all of these for many years and am much happier. I work less (I'm self-employed) and have as much or more money than when I was working more.
I have a huge issue with "Never spend money on anything you won't remember." That is an impossible task, as you can't know what you'll remember beforehand. You might have a bad expensive dinner as in your example. You might go out to a mediocre movie with friends and a friend of your friends, then go for drinks at a club that is maybe louder and more expensive than you like, but end up having an awesome evening that ends with a first kiss in the early hours of the morning on a romantic cobblestone street with the woman you'll one day marry.
That happened to a guy I see every day. He didn't know before he spent the money if he'd remember the evening.
