Great article.

Growing up I saw my dad naked often, my mom never. I played team sports since I was about 6, so I saw other guys naked, but not girls until I dated (late) and not adults.

Then I moved to central Europe where coed changing rooms were common, coed naked saunas were the rule, and nude public beaches plentiful.

The first few times in the coed changing room after sports my unfamiliarity with the situation uh...stood out. But I got used to it quickly as you say it was "refreshing to discover we all had very different, beautiful human bodies."

That was many years ago. I have a son of my own. He saw my wife and myself naked lots of times. We don't do "naked yoga" but have been to the sauna and walked around the house naked.

Once you get over your childhood programming, nakedness is no big deal.
