Glenn Greenwald did a nice piece a few days ago outlining how the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) already ruled that what is happening in the US currently is unconstitutional.

The US gov't is openly coercing the big tech platforms to censor. SCOTUS ruled (1970s? 60s?) that this is a breach of first amendment rights.
