From what I've read, the claim that Russia has used cluster munitions has only been made, not proven.

Even if Russia is using them, the claim that, "We'll commit war crimes, too!" isn't much of a flag to fly.

We claim to have the moral high ground. This decision clearly says we don't.

This is at the same level of George W Bush's and Dick Cheney's torture program.

It is why the rest of the world looks at us and says, "You, the US, are the biggest danger to world peace."

We've got biological weaspons. We've got nuclear weapons. We've got NATO. When the cluster munitions don't turn the tide for Ukraine are you going to write another article and say, "It is regretable, but we're going to have to start using biological and nuclear weapons." "I'm sorry, but we're going to start sending NATO troops into Ukraine to fight the Russians directly."

This is madness. We're heading down the road to WWIII and the end of human civilization. Negotiate for peace now.
