For the train station hit, I'd start at "The Grayzone" and look to related journalists to that site (e.g. Aaron Maté). My quick check didn't find anything. Since it was months ago, any internet search is overwhelmed with western articles claiming - without proof - that Russia did it. Maybe look on Youtube for local Ukrainian reporters in the Donbass.

For Dugina, look to US gov't sources. They released a report on a Friday some weeks ago saying, in essense, the Ukrainian's did this, and we didn't know about it, and we didn't want them to. There was speculation that this admission was supposed to be a warning to the Ukrainians not to escalate with something like the suicide bombing of the Crimea bridge, which lead directly to the increase in bombing of Ukraine which has yet to let up.

Ha! Found one. This Reuters report references a NYT article. That was the one I was referring to.

https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/us-believes-ukrainians-behind-killing-dugina-russia-nyt-says-2022-10-06/

NYT is behind a paywall, so you'll need to go to the wayback machine to find the full text once you find the date and exact article.
