Exactly. Psaki talks about giving Ukraine US weapons and then adding that they are weapons that Ukraine has been trained on. Ukraine has been on the NATO path for 8 years.
Even if Ukraine never made it officially into NATO, they are being NATO armed and NATO trained to kill Russians (explicitly) since we overthrew their gov't in 2014.
