Dude I haven't seen any video evidence that North Koreans are anywhere near the front. Have you? If you can show me verifiable video of North Koreans at the front I'll sit corrected.

In 1964 we were assured the North Vietnamese had shot at US ships in the Gulf of Tonkin. It wasn't true, but got us into war in Vietnam.

In 1991 we were assured that Iraqi soldiers had left Kuwaiti babies to die on hospital floors when the soldiers came in and stole the incubators the babies were in. It wasn't true, but got us into the first Gulf War.

In 2002 we were assured that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. It wasn't true, but it got us into the second Gulf War.

In 2011 we were assured that Qaddafi was giving his soldiers Viagra and sending them to rape and kill his enemies. It wasn't true, but it got us to destroy Libya and leave it a failed state.

I could go on for hours.

Russia is the biggest country on the planet. The Russians that live in the far east are going to look very Asian...because they are Asian.

I'm still waiting to see any video evidence of North Koreans fighting on (or even training near) the front lines of the war in Ukraine.

I've been reading and hearing stories of the horrible Russians for 50+ years. Seeing actual evidence of the Russians committing atrocities? Not so much (I won't say "never" because Russians are humans to and some humans commit atrocities, even Russians).
