Dropping bombs is way easier than negotiations. As long as we tell Israel they can have all the bombs they want, the have no incentive to negotiate.

Hamas is a terrorist organisation that arose to violently resist the Israeli violence against and oppression of the Palestinians.

If there is no violence against and oppression of the Palestinians, there is no resaon for Hamas to exist, and the support that Hamas gets from the Palestinians will also go away.

Right now the Palestinians have the choice of die slowly while trying to exist under concentration camp conditions, or fight and probably die quickly. If they are given a future that doesn't include violence, then only the 2% or so of actual socio/psychopaths in any society will be left supporting violence.
