Domestically I'll agree that Biden is better than Trump. Internationally I think the opposite.

I can't vote for Biden as he is actively supporting a genocide in Gaza while pushing us ever closer to nuclear war with Russia.

It is quite possible that Trump would do the same in Palestine, but the fact is that Biden IS doing it, and is doing it now.

Trump got mostly rolled in his first term by the war hawks like Bolton. Trump was MUCH more hawkish than Obama regarding Russia (his acts, not his words). So maybe he would be just as bad.

The only good thing (IMO) about Trump is that he pisses off the neocons in both parties. I won't vote for Trump (for a long list of reasons) but I do enjoy the US MIC having a conniption fit that Trump might not do wars 100% the way they want.
