Depends, if it is "personal" as in having only to do with your dad and (for example) his desire to work somewhere else, then sure I understand it. If it was personal as in, your dad had a personal problem with his Tesla manager or Musk because your dad worked insane hours for 13 years and wanted more compensation or more freedom to spend time with his family (including you) and they said, "No, we'll find someone else." then, no, I don't understand because it would change very much the picture you paint of Tesla in your post. That potential difference is exactly why I asked.
