Of course my ego loves it when my gym buddies tell me how great my wife looks. But I'm married to her because she's my best friend and we have a lot in common regarding things that matter in life. My wife and I laugh, act stupid, play sports and talk - a lot. As the years go by those are the things that are attractive. Noone stays young forever.

My wife and I also have really hot sex and it is definitely a turn on that my wife looks the way she does in bed. But sex only lasts (for me) about 37 seconds, so that leave a lot of time for all those activities from the previous paragraph.
