Both of those sources are completely subjective supporting Ukraine. I won't bother reading.
"The U.S. Congress has approved $175 billion in total assistance for Ukraine since Russia's invasion of Ukraine nearly three years ago, according to the nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget."
https://www.reuters.com/world/biden-announces-25-billion-fresh-military-aid-ukraine-2024-12-30/
That amount is equal to Russia's total military budget for the nearly 3 years since their invasion.
How many US service people does it take to administer $175,000,000,000 in military and non-military aid to Ukraine? I don't know for sure, but it is at least 10x 12,000 (alleged) DPRK troops in Ukraine.
So you're right there is no Western equivalence. The west is providing way more support to Ukraine than Russia is getting from its allies up to this point.
