Austria was also divided in this manner. The 8 federal counties not including Vienna (the capital and slao a federal county) were divided amongst the four victors. The capital Vienna was also divided into 4 areas.

This division lasted for 10 years, after which Austria updated their constitution and the 9 federal counties were no longer occupied.
