As I commented elsewhere here, Obama promised and didn't deliver. The country wanted a change after Bush. Obama didn't deliver. Trump promised change. He also didn't deliver. Biden promised a return to normalcy AND change (a public option, $15/hr, $10k student debt relief) and hasn't delivered. I expect 2022 will be worse than 2010 for the Dems - because they don't deliver results.
