Another long article trying to justify the unjustifiable genocide, ethnic cleansing and war crimes of Israel.

Gaza and the West Bank are occupied territories, according to the UN of which Israel is a member.

Attacking, firing into, and/or invading occupied territory is a war crime. Israel is clearly committing war crimes with these actions.

Israel has the power to stop water, food, fuel, power and people from entering or leaving Gaza. Israel controls and is responsible for the well-being of Gazans (as Israel is the occupying power - and no, that fact is not changed by Israel pulling out most troops nearly 20 years ago). Israel is inflicting group punishment on the Gazans by denying them the means to survive. This is a war crime, and also genocide.

Genocide does not mean that the entire population is killed. Just read the text.

Genocide DOES require the means to achieve the goal of genocide. Hamas does not have this capacity. Israel does.

Hamas is a horrible group, no doubt. The Geneva convention is krystal clear: No act justifies genocide. Even if Hamas had killed 8000 innocent Israelis instead of 800, it still does not justify what Israel has done in response.

Israel is committing genocide. In the last weeks Israel is getting blatant and sloppy in their genocide. Blowing up universities (war crime). Shooting unarmed civilians holding white flags (war crime). This latest genocide apologia by you will not age well.
