1) There is no way you can possibly know that "people" - meaning 2.2 million civilians in Gaza - want to destroy everything I care about and kill everyone I know. That is a childish black and white caricature of both me and the Gazans.

2) I don't want innocent civilians killed, whether they share my values or not. VERY simple. For example, you and I clearly have different values. Maybe I wouldn't want to spend an afternoon drinking tea and talking politics with you, but I wouldn't want you killed.

Apparently, you share the same attitude towards your political and cultural enemies as the Nazis. I don't. Also VERY simple.
